Stephanie Adams Archuleta is an associate at Slover & Loftus LLP. She focuses her practice on assisting rail shippers, including utilities, governmental entities, and agricultural shippers in their legal disputes with railroads. She has helped counsel rail shippers facing challenges related to their coal transportation agreements with railroads and has assisted the firm’s clients with unreasonable rail rate cases before the Surface Transportation Board.
Ms. Archuleta is also involved in the firm’s fuel supply practice and has assisted utility clients facing challenges related to their coal supply agreements. She also has experience advising the firm’s clients on issues pertaining to the Federal Railroad Administration’s jurisdiction.
In law school, Ms. Archuleta was an assistant staff editor of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) quarterly journal, treasurer of the Hispanic Law Student Association, and a participant in GW Law's Human Rights Law Clinic.
